ON SALE OF IMPROVEME1f1: BONDS.
NO. 1350
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City or Palo Alto,
California~ that the City Clerk or said City be and she 18 hereby
directed to call fox.-bids for the sale at public &1lCtion or
improvement bonds to be issued pursuant to Resolution of
Intention ~lo. 1322 adopted by said Council on March 26, 1941,
ss1d bids to be received by said Clerk at Ol' before 7:30 O'clock
P.M. of Monday, the loth day or November, 1941, and to be
publicly opened, e7.am1ned and declared at aaid time 1n the
co~mcil ~oom 1n the City Hall ot said City or Palo Alto, County
of Santa Clara1 State of California.
Said notice shall be given by publication tv1ce 1n the
Palo Alto Times, at least 1'ive (5) days be1"ore said date.
