RESOLUTION ACCEPTING WORK AND
AUTHORIZING CITY ENGINEER TO
FII~ NOTICE OF COMPLETION
NO. 1348
R.ESOLVED, by the City r,ounc11 or the City or Palo Alto,
California,. that
WHEREAS, the City Engineer or said City haa filed with
the City Clerk his certificate that the vork and improvements
to be constructed by A. J. Ra1ech under his contrac-t v1th the
City of Palo Alto dated June 131 1941 1 ha8 been completed in
accordance with the terms or said contract, end in accordance
w!th the plans and specifications prepared and approved by
this Council therefor, and to his 5&tistaction, said work and
improvement being more pe:rticularly described ruld referred to
1n Resolution of Intention No. 1322 or aaid City adopted
March 26, 1941; and
WHEREAS, 1t appears and it is hereby to~ that said work
and improvement he. a bGen performed 1n accord.a.nce w1 th said
contract and plans ~~d epec1fieations and to the aat1~fact1on
of said City Engineer.
NOW, TIIEREFORE 1 IT IS ORDERED as follows:
1. The. t said work and improvement be and the same is
hereby accepted;
2. The.t. the City Engineer ot said c1 ty 'be and he is
hel•eby directed to fol'thv1th. and within ten days here-
after file in the oft'ice of the County Recorder or
Santa Clara. County a notice of the completion or said
work as required by Section 2 or that certain act or
the Legislature known a.a ,.Public Works CorJtr.:letors'
Bond Lawft, Stats. 19191 p. 487, as amended (Deering's
General Laws 1 Act 642}).
