That the aaaesament and diagram tor the cost and expense ot the street improvements described in said Resolution ot Inten- tion No. 1341 aa prelim1nar1ly approved by aa1d CltJ Council pn September ~~ 1941, be and the same ia hereby ratified, approved and contirmed aa the aaaeaament and diagram to pa7 the costa and expenaea or eaid improvement. 6. That the City Clerk of said Cit7 shall deliver said diagram and asaeaament to the Superintendent of Streets of said Cit7, with her certiticate or this confirmation and "th& date thereof, and said Superintendent ot Streets shall thereupon record a~1eh assessment and diagram in his ottice 1n a suitable book to be kept tor that purpose and append thereto his certifi- cate ot the date ot such recording, and auch record shall be the assessment roll to pay tor the costs and expenses or said improvements. 7.
