RESOLUTION N0 , 1340
RESOLUTION OF PRELIMINARY APPROVAL
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Palo Alto,
California, that the following be and they are hereby
preliminarily approved, and ordered filed in the Office
of the City Clerk of said City, and to be referred to in Re-
solution of Intention No. 1341, for the improvements on
portions of Alma Street, Emerson Street, Ramona Street,
Bryant Street, SauthCaurt,',e.verley Street, Cowper Street,
Marion Avenue, Colorado Avenue, Poppy Avenue and that
certain right of way granted to said city by ordinance of
the County of Santa Clara, on Middlefield Road between
Marion Avenue and Colorado Avenue, in said City, to -wit:
1. Plans and epecificatione for street improvements
under said resolution of intention;
2. Engineer's estimate of the itemized and total
estimated costa and expenses for street improvements under
said resolution of intention;
3. Map of the assessment district entitled "Improvement
Plana No. 41-1 Assessment District for Improvement of Alma
Street et al"; and
4. Assessment and diagram for the costa and expennes for
street improvements under said resolution of intention.
I hereby certify the foregoing to be a true copy of
resolution adopted by the City Council of the City of Palo
Alto, California, at a regular meeting thereof held on the
8th day of September, 1941, by the following vote of the
membere thereof:
AYES, and in favor thereof, Councilmen:
Bentrott, Blois, Cashel, Cypher, Hoy, Merner,
Morten, Radford, Reed, Southwood, Thefts, Thomas.
NOES, Councilmen: None.
ABSENT, Councilmen: Mitchell, Richards, Wood.
