WHEREAS, notice or the adoption ot oaid preliainarr
resolution and or said ttme and place ot hearing vaa given by the
City Clerk by publication and poattng tor tae time aDd 1n the
manner provided 1n a&id resolution or preliminary dete~tion
and Article I or the Palo Alto x.provement Procedure Code, as
appears trom atridav1te on tile vith the City Clerk;

said proceedings vithout t1rat coJil)lying V1th the provisions or
said Investigation Act have been filed v1th the City Clerk at or

to said resolution or preltminary determination be and the same
are hereb7 overruled and denied;
3. That the improvements described 1n said resolution be
made under and pursuant to the provisions ot the Palo Alto
Improvement Procedure Code more particularly referred to 1n said
reaolution, and that the Special AaaeBament Inveat1gation,
Limitation and Majo~ity Protest Act or 19'1 shall not apply to
