WHEREAS, on March 10, 1941, this Council adopted ita
Resolution ot Preltwinary Deter.min&tion Mo. 1307 to construct
certain public improvements more part1cularlr therein described

that the public convenience and neceea1t7 require the t.provementa
described and referred to 1n said resolution, v1thout co.pl!ance
v1th the Special Aesesament Inveat1gat1on, L1a1tat1on and Kajor1ty Protest Act ot 19}1;
WHEREAS, notice or the adoption or aa1d prellm1nary

City Clerk by publication and posting tor the tiJie and. 1n the
manner provided in said resolution ot preliminary determination

to said resolution or prel!mdnary deter.1nat1on be and the same
are hereby overruled and denied;
3. That the improvements described ta said resolution be
made under and pursuant to the provisions ot the Palo Alto
