?.P.LO ALTO, COUNTY OF SANTA CLARA., STATE OF CALIFORNIA.
The Council of the City Of Palo Alto DO RESOLVE as follows:
That t'he Mayor end City Clerk are hereby authorized
to e:xeeute a grant deed ·..-hereby the City conveys t('l H. J. CORlf'.!SH
and G. E. CARh'Y certain property described in saUl ~eed,
e:xc~pting therefrom such portion of said property ~s lies
within the botmdnr1es or Greenvood Avenue as the same is
shown on map of Tract No. 168 in the City or Palo Alto, County
of Santa Clara, State of California; the purpose of said deed
being to effect. s realignment and relocation of Greenwood Aven~le in eaid tract.
