held on the lOth day of March, 1941, and on file in theaff1ce

further particulars.
Section 4. There is hereby e:r:cepted from the work above
de~cribed any or such work already done to line and grade, and
marked "e:xcepted 11 or shown not to be done :m the plans, profiles
and epec1ficat1ons.
Section 5. Said City Counc:n does hereby adopt and establish
as the of.ficia.l grades for said work the grades and elevations
shov.n upon said plans, profiles and apec1f1cat1one. All such
grades and elevations are in f~et and decimals thereof in
reference to the orrtcial base and datum or said city.
Sect:ton 6. All l'Jaid vork and improvements shall be done
under the supervision of the City Engineer of the City of Palo Alto,
