That the Mayor and City Clerk be and they are
hereby authorized to execute on behalr or the City tl~t
certain supplemental agreement <1ated the 26th day or JulyR
1940, by and between the Southern ?ac1tic Railro&4 company,
the Southern Pac:tr1c Company I the State or Cal:U'orn1a, and
the City of Palo .Alto, in connection with the construction
of the University Avenue underpass.
The above and foregoing resolution was duly and
regularly in·t:roduced and passed at a. regular mef'ting of the
