agreement has been presented to be entered into with the

ment for expenditure of th~ l/4 cent gas tax for the
fiscal year 1941, ·allocate~ for streets of ::t18.jor import-

WHEREAS, the ¢ity council has heard read caid
agreement in full and is familiar with the oontenta thereof;
