RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL Of.' THE CITY OF PAUl ALTO
APPROVING )IE)tORA.NDUM OF J.GREEKENjJ.' FOR EXPENDI'l'URE OF
l/ 4 CEN'l' GAS TAX ALLOCATED FOR ST.A'l'E HIG.HYIAYS
WHEREAS, the State ot California through ita Depart-ment or PUblic Works, D1v1s1an ot Highwaye, hau pre~ented
~memorandum of agreement in accordance with &~oject statement
submitted by the City for expenditure of tbe l/4 oent gae tax
for the 193g.41 biennium allocated tor State highways in the City of Palo Alto; and
WHEREAS, the city council has heard read said agree-
ment 1n full and ie familiar with the contents tr•reof;
THEREFORE, be it rceolved by the o1ty council ot the
City of Palo Alto that ea1d agreement !or expenditure of the
1/4 cent gas tax allocated tor State highways be and the same
1a hereby approved and the Mayor and t~ City Clerk are directed to sign the eame on behalf of said City.
