That ARNOLD RUltWELL, City Attorney of the City ot
Palo Alto, 1s hereby authorized ~nd cUrected to inetruct
the San Jos~ Abstract and Title Insurance Company to trans-
fer to the SmJt~orn Pacific Company and/or the Southern
Pac1f'1o Railroad Company that certain etrtp of land acquired
by the City of Palo Alto from the HorRbln Estate in connection
with the Unive:rs1ty Avenue Underpass construction.
