Wages or all laborers shall be seventy-five (76¢} cents per hour for ~tra1ght time work, and on Saturday morning, e.xoftpt as otberwitse provided.. Laborers handling air or elec- trio tools weighing fifty (50) pounds, or more, including vibrators over two and one-halt (2t) inchea ahatt diameter, 249 shall be paid ninety (SO¢) cents per hour.
