RESOLVliON AUTHORIZING SUBLEASING· OF AIRPORT rROPERTIES
WHEREAS, the City of Palo Alto, on the lOth day or Deeembe~, A.D. 1934, entered into a certain lease agreement
with tho .Aaaoe1ated Air Services, Ltd. for the-leasing or cer-
tain property owne~ by the city and de31gnated the "Palo Alto Airport~; and
WHEREAS, sa1d leal!!e pro'tides in Paragraph XV thereof that the eame might not be tr11nsfe:..·red and aaeigned w1 thout the
written consent of the lessor first had and obtained; and
WHERf~S, the City Council did on the 9th day of
J'a.nuary., 1939, authol'•ize the assignment of ea1d lease fran the
Associated Air Services, Ltd. to the Associated Air Services, Inc., and
WHEREAS, the Asaoo1ated Air Services, Inc. desires to
assign said leaee to the Palo Alto Airport, Inc.;
NOW, 'l'HE:hl:FORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Associated
Air Services, Inc. be Qnd they are hereby expr8ssly permitted to
azus1gn the a.oove mentioned lease agreement to tr..e Palo Alto Airport,
lnc. and sai~ Palo Alto A1rr.ort, Inc. shall be suojeet to all or the
obligations of said LetH!Iee under the :said leaBe agreement ard JShall
be entitled to all the rightz antl prtv1leges o! said Lessee there-under.
The above and foregoing resolution was duly and
regularly in·troduced and passed at a regular meeting of the
council of the City of Palo Alto held on Monday, the 9th day or J•nuaryt 1939. by'tha following vote:
