RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SUBLEASING OF ArRPORT PROPERTIES
WHEREAS, the City of Palo Alto, on t~e lOth da3 of
December. A.D. 1934, ent6Ted into a certain lease agreement
with the Aesociateci Air Services, Ltd. for the leasing of
certain property o~Tted by the city and de$1gnated the Palo
Alto Airport"; and
WHEREAS, said lease provides 1n Paragraph XV thereof
that th~ same might not be tr~neferred and assigned without
the written con~ent of the Lessor first had and obtained; and
WHEREAS, the Associated Air Services, Ltd. des1ree
to assign said lease to the Ace.ocia ted Air Services, Inc. 1
NOW, '!'HERE FORI<~, BE I'r RESOLVED that the Associated
Air Sery1ces, Ltd. be and they are hereby expressly permitted
to assign the above mentioned lease agreement to the Aaaoo1ated
Air Services, Inc. and said Associated Air Serv1cee, Inc.
shall ·be subject t.o all of the obl1gat1oos of said Leseee under th~ ea!d l~ase agreement and shall be ent1tlod to all of the
r1ghte and privileges of said Lessee thereunder.
The above a.nd foregoing resolution was duly and.
regularly introduced and pasaed at a regular meeting of the
Council of th~ City of Palo Alto held on Monday, the 9th day
of Janue.:ry, 1939, by the following vote:
