That Reaoluti~ of Intention No-1230, adopted by
the Council of t.V:Le City of Palo Alto on the 12th day ot
December, 1938, be and the eame ·1$ hereby repealed.
The above and foregoing resolution was duly and
regularly adopted by the Council of the City of Palo Alto
at a regular meeting held an Monday, the 9th day of January,
