Sec. 3. That the name or words of identification by
which such "'e"errit'ory may be :r-eferred to and indicated. upon the

ation 1e submitted are hereby de~!gnated ae "'Emrarcadero oaks
No. 2".
Sec. 4. 'l'Ls.t it is tr~o intention of the Council of the
City of Palo-llto to call a special elect1~~ and submit to the
·elector! residing in the territory propoeed by sueh pdti t1on to
oe annexed to the City o:f' Palo Alto the question whether such
territory ahall be annexed to, incorporated in and m&<~e a part of
the C,.ty of Palo Alto, on Tuesday, the 7th day of FebJruary, 1939 •
Sec. S. Notice 1s h.ereby given that any P«~rson owning

having any objection to the proposed annexation, mny at any tlme
not later than the hour he:r·ein set for the hearing make written

boundaries of and for the annexaticn of territory to municipal cor-

C•)ntrol of such annexed territ.,ry", approved June 11, lf/13, and
all acts .amendatory thereof •
Sec. 7. Reference ts hereby made to aaie petition on

details as to the bonded 1ndeb1;ecness of eaid city, incurred or
authorized, outstnndlng cr. the date of the filing of said pet1t1m,

Sec. 8. The'City Clerk shall cause a.copy of thi:s re~
luti<.n to be pub'!i::hod once a week for tv:o auocese1ve week.5 prior
to said hearing in the Palo Alto 'l'izr.ef', there being no newspaper
of ,seneNll ci:rculatt on publhhed 'in the territory proposed to be annexed.
