That the certain po:x·tion of the alley 1n .Alba Park Ada!t!on-·'Co the City of 'Palo Alto, pa.rticuln,..,.:o-r dea- cribed ae follow•, to-w1ts Beginning at a point on the northerly line ot Hopkins Avenue distant thereon s. 990 581 E. 150 feet from the poin·t of 1nteraect1on of the easterly liru~ of Pine Street with said northerly line or·Hopkina Avenue; thence along the easterly line of Lot 3.of aaid Block 6, N. 0° 0'1' w. 190 feet to the most northeasterly corner of aaid Lot 3J thence s. 8~ 581 E. 13.00 feet to the most northwesterly eorner of Lot 7 in said Block 6J thence along the w~sterlJ· lines of tote '1; 6, 3 and 4 of eaid Block 6, s. oo 0'1' E. 190 feet to the northerly line of Hopkins Avenue~ thence along said line of Hop- kins Avenue, N. Said work and improvement are had and taken pursuant t'O'T:he-p:rovis ions of Article II and VI-I of that certain ordinance of the City of Palo Alto numbered 722, known as the ftPalo Alto Improvement Procedure Code-, adopted September 13, 1937. Sec. 4. For a particular description of the work to ~ done hereunder reference is hereby made to that certain map on file 1n the office of the Superintendent of Streete of said city entitled RMap Showing Portion of Alley 1n Bloc£6, Alba Park Addition, in the City of Palo Alto, California, May 9, 1938, J • .F. Byxbee, City Engineer.Q sec. 5. Notice 1s hereby given that Monday, the 13th da, of June;-1938, at 7z30 o'clock P.M., at the Coune11 Chambers of the City Council of said city, in the City Hal! in the City ot Palo Alto, 1s hereby fixed as the time and place 'When an6 where any and all persona having any objections to said proposed work or improvement may appear before aaid Council 9nd show cause why thia proposed improvement should not be carried out in accord- ance with thiD resolution of intention.
