RESOLUTION P~LATIVE TO THE OPERATION OF THE PALO ALTO AIRPORT
The Council of the City o.f Palo Alto DO RESOLVE a.a followss
That, for and in cons1der8.t1on of any Federal
funds made available through Worka Progress Administration
under an airport project for the imp:rovem«mt of our municipal
&1rport and landing fac111t1ee, we pledge that ae1d alrport
will at all 't!mee be operated and maL"ltained as a m\.m1c1pal
.a1z•pox-t for the public benefit, without unjust d18er1m1nat1on
against c>r in favo1• of any aircraft ope:rstor, including any
scheduled airl:tne operator.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council oerti.t'y,
and it does hereby oert1.fy, that the fee simple title to the
land utilized as a munlo.1pal e.irport is in the City of Palo Alt(>•
The above and foregoing resolution wae duly and
regularly introduced and passed at a regular meeting of the
Council of the City of Palo Alto held on Monday, the 14th day of March. 1938, by th~ following votet
