The Council of the 61ty of Palo Alto DO RESOLVE as follows:
That the map of Tract No. 44, Lewis Subdivision,
a subdivision of Block 129 and part of Block 128, being
Lot 4 and part of Lot 5 of Pitman Partition or the City or
Palo Alto, 1e hereby approved, and the Counell do6s hereby
accept the property dedicated for public use aet forth on said map and designated aa Forest Avenue, Pitman Avenue
.and Martin Avenue.
The &love am for~tgoing resolution was duly passed
by the Council of the City of Palo Alto at a rep;ular meeting
held on the 14th day of December, 1936, by the following vote:
