The Council of the City of Palo Alto DO RESOLVE ae follows:
That the map of 1'ract No. 43, Emery Suod1v1s1on
No. 2, subdiVision of Blocks 85 and 86, Seale Tract, is
hereby a;;prcved, and the Council doe a hereby. accept the
property dedJcated for public u.se set forth on said map
and d~sic,nated as Byron Street.
The above and fore~1ng resolution was duly passed
by t:-1e Council of the City or Palo Alto at an adjourned
meeting held on the 26th day of October, 1936, by the follow-ine vote::
