RESOLUTION AU'r!-!ORIZING MAYOR Alffi CITY CLERK TC EXECUTE "AGREEMENT
The Council of the City of Palo Alto DO RESOL'v"E as follows:
That the Mayor and City Clerk be .authorized to e::ecute
that certain agreement between cho Department of Public Works of
the State of California and the City of Palo Alto providing for
the expenditure of the 1/4 cent allocation of\gasoline tax funds
for city streets 1n Palo Al-co during the fiscal ~rear 1936-1937,
said ag . .-eement providing for ·the i!T'.~rovement of Oregon Avenue,
Middlefield Hoad and Page Mill Road .•
