The Council or the City or Palo Alto DO RESOI:II: as follows:
That the Mayor and C1 ty Clerk be a-:Jthorized to
exe~ute that certain 1ts:;reement between the Dope.rtment of
Public Works or the State of Cal1forni11 and the1 City of Pnlo
Alto relative to the general ma.intenanr:~e of Ste~te h1r-.hwo.y
routes w1 thin the City of Palo Alto, e:~tpendi tul'ea for which
are to be made out vf the 1/4 cent all•:>cat1on <t!' gasoline tax
funds to the C1 ty of Palo Alto .for Sta·ce high.WE~y during the
fiscal year 1936-1~37.
The above and fox-ego:tng resolution m~s duly a.nd
re rrula.rly ad.opted by the C1 ty Council t:>f the Cl ty of Palo
Alt<' at a regular meeting held on the 9th day or March, 1936,
