S~W~R OUTFALL SYST~ of the CITY OF PALO ALTO; and
WHER.t:AS, on the 4th day of Decemher, i..93Z·, the
Council of the City of Palo A! to passed fu::SO.LUT .Lvl~ NO .1070
rejecting all bids for ti1e construction of a SEVIAuB

vUTFALL SYST~ as set forth in Plans and Specifications
known as IM~nvv~~T ~LkN~ NO. 47, P.W.A. Docket 1256,
and resolved that the D.t.PArtT~t~T OF' PUBLIC 'NORK;;j be
directed to do the work as set forth in said Improve~ent
Plans by Force •ccount; and
WHL!:RiAS, said Board of Public Works, by a l~tter to
the City Council dated October 1, 193(1 offic1ally informs
the City Council that said work has been completed in
accordance with the plans, specifications and modifications
thereto allowed by the City w1d approved by the Federal
~ngineers, P.W.A:

after due co.nsideration ana investigation, does hereby

The above and foregoing resolution was duly passed
by the Council of the City of Palo Alto at a regular meeting
held on the 8th cay of uctober, 1934, by the following vote:
