The Council ot the City ot Palo Alto DO RESOLVE
as :rollows:
lNlf!REAS, th1s be1ng the time and place where
any person interested may object to the aasessments
made by the Superintendent ot Streot~ tor the improve-
ment done under Resolution or Intention Bo. 938 for
the tollow1ng work, to-w1t:
That v1tr1!1ed saltwglazed sanitary eewnr pipe
connections, Portland cement corJ.crete gutters, Portlrutd
cement concrete driveways, ~ortland cement concrete
integral curb and sidewalk, Portland cement concrete
sidewalk corners, catch basins, concrete storm sewer
pipe be la1d and constructed to official 11ne and grade
as shown on the plans, that eleetrol1ers and an eleotrol1er
s7stem be oonstrtteted aa Shown on the plans and that the
roadway be reeurtao~d with asphaltic concrete on High
Street between the southeasterly line or Lytton Avenue
and the northwesterly line of Add~son Avenue,all or
said work to be don! in accordance with the plans and
prot'iles entitled " mt;rovemont PJ.ans No. 29, City or
Palo Alto~ California ) for said work adopted by the
Board or Yublic Works on the 6th day of October 1 19301 and by the City Council on the loth day of November,
1930, and in. accordance with the spec11'1cations for
said work adopted on same dates, reference to which
plans and profiles and spec1ttcat1ons 1s hereby expressly
made for all or the details o'f tJa1d work including
tho' gr~ding and a more apec1f1e description thereof;

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED .. WD
DETERMINED by the C1 ty Council that sa1d work has been
performed according to contract 1n a good and
oubstantial manner; that no portion of the work for any
reason was omitted or illegally included in the contract
tor the same, that the aase3sment and diagram made in
pursuance of this act were ~1d are oor.rectJ
'l'B.'BR!FORE, IT IS ORDERED that all the acts
and determinations ot t.he Superintend.ent of Streets
relative to the s.aaessment md diagrar.l be, and the
same are hereby approved, ratiti0d and confirmed and
said asaoasments shAll be the assessments to be paid
to the contractor for said work. The Street
Superintendent 1s directed to attach hia warrant to
the assGssmenb.
Bonds sh.o.ll be iai,Ued for Ull'l?aid assessments
1n accordance wlth Section 60 or the Improvement Act
