The Council of tho City of Palo Alto DO RESOLVE as follows:
That Section (b) of s.a.id Resolution be and the
same is hereby o..v:1ended to read as follows:
{b) That said permit is subject to the following conditions:
That the City of Palo Alto grants this permit
with the express understanding and ugre~ment
that it in no way obligates said Clty in the
maintenance and operation of said Buda Gate 1 and that said City assumes no liability or
obligation in any manner or at all on account
of said installation and said company is to
maintain and kaep said side·.·;alk area used in safe condition.
