RF.SOLU'r!OU APPROVING THE REPORT OF THE COJ,WISSIONERS -
IN THE MATTER OF CI.OS!NG OXFOHD AND CAMBRIDGE A.VENUES
The Council of the City of Palo Alto DO RESOLVE as follows:
IIHER!Uo.S, the cor.unisaioners appointed for the
assessl'.lent of benefits and dflr.lages in the matter of the
closing of Oxford and Ca~br1dge Avenues have presented
their report to the City Council for consideration; and
~'iHERE.AS, all objections for said work have been overruled;
NOW, THEREFORE, thi::t City Council does hereby
approve the report of the commissioners in said matter
in all purt1crulars and directs that the assessoents and
benefits be entered of record by the Street Superint~mdent
of the City of Palo Alto and the necessary procedure
taken by the Street Superintendent in relation to the
notices and collection of said nsses3ment as is provided
by the Street Opening An4 Closing Act of 1889, and that
said O.xford a.4d Ca"Tlbr1dge Avenues be closed in accor-dance
v11 th the plana and speoif1ca.t1ons adDpted therefor in
Resolution of Intention Ho. 904 :for said work ..
