The Council o.f the City of Palo Alto DO RESOLVE as follows:
WHEREAS , the C1 ty Counc:U ot' the City of Palo
Alto has recoivod protests against the report of the
commissioners for assessments and damagen in the matter
of the closing of Oxford and Calabridge Avenues nnd has
duly considered aaid protests,;
NOV! TJ!ER'EFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that all
protests filed or every kind and nature against the
closing of Oxford. and Ca.":lbridge Avenues be an.d the
smme are hereby overruled.
'rhe above and foregoing resolution was duly and regularly passed at a regular meeting of the City
Council held on February 9, 1931, by tha following vote:
