AND lmEREAS, 1 t 1s now deamed inadvisable to
proceed with the improvement of :B.'mbarca.d~ro Road .from
Alma. Street to ~erson Street as therein contemplated;
N'OW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that said
section. of Embarcadero Road be eliminated from said
plans, specifications and profiles; and thnt with such
amendment, the said .. Improvaruont Plnns !fu.mber 2311 shall
hereafter be designated as 11 Improve:uant Plnns Number 23a,
Palo Alto, California11 ; and that said !mp:::·ovement Plnns
No. 23a be and the same are hereby t.!.d.opted and approved
