ABAHDOlUHG PROCEDURE UNDER f-.ESOI¥,.TION OF IUTENT!OU 1/948
The Council of the City of Palo Alto DO F~CLVE
as follows:
WI:!EREAS, this Council has heretofore adopted
Resolution of Intention No. 948 and Resolution llo. 952
ordering the work thereunder;
Alm lf.'HEREl..S, 1 t eppenrs in the public interest;
tha"t such work as therein contemplated should not be
co.rr1ad out as therein set forth:
lWW THEREFORE, be it and it is hereby resolved,
t:na·t said Resolution No. 948 :J.nd Resolution No. 952
and each of them, nnd all proceedings had thereunder
shall be abandoned, vacated and null1~1ed.
1~e above nnd foregoing resolution was duly
adopted by the Council of the City of Palo Alto at a
regular meeting held on the 9th da:r of Feoruury, 1931,
by tile following vote:
