The Council of the City of Palo Alto ~ RESOLVE ae 1~ollows:
THAT, '.':HEREAS, the Board. of PubJ.ic Works of the
City of Palo Alto did heretofore on the 14th day of·
Octobe:r, 1930, adopt plans, profiles and spec1.f1oa.tlons,
entitled "Improv(~rr.ent Plans no. 23, City of Palo A1 to,
California", which said plcns and profiles with said
spec1ficntiona were approved by thi8 Council on
Novambor 10, 1930, by Resolution no. 935;
AND V,11EREAS, 1 t seems inexpedient to carry into
effoct sa1d plans in full:
NOW ~'HEREFOBE, BE IT RESOLVED~ that said
Resolution No. 935 be nnd the sa..·ne is hereby repealed
and rescinded.
The above and foregoing resolution was duly
passed by the Council of' the City of' Palo Alto at a
regulo.r noet1ng on the 9tJ.l ds.y of F'ebrunry, 1931,
by the following vote:
