ACCEPTING DEDICATED STRI!TS OF THE STALLER SUBDIVISION ---------· ·-
The Council of the City of Palo Alto DO RESOLVE as follows:
That those certain streets and avsnuea laid
out and delineated upon a map entitled "Staller
Subdivision", being a subd1.vision of Lots 6 and '7
of the Pitman Partition, in the City of Palo Alto,
County or Santa Clara, State of California t and which
streets and avenues are proposed to be dedicated by
publlc uae;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Council hereby orders
that said streets and avenue$ as shown upon said
subdivision map be and the same are hereby accepted
as public streets and ~venues ot the City or Palo Alto.
The above and foregoing rasolut1on was duly
passed by the Counoil ot the City of Palo Alto at a
regular meeting held on the 14th day of· December,
l931 , by the following vote:
AYES: Bertsche Christensen, Collins Evans , J l"'.hnson, Judson, felly, Lausten, M ... tohe:h, Stephens; l'bo1ts 1 Thomas. ·
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Cathcart, Mosher, Wood.
