That, Whereae, thi• Council did, on the
19th day of Auguat. 1920, pa~a ite resolution calling
a apecial election to be held in outeide territory
described herein for the pu:.."Pose of eu.bmittinE; the
following propoaition to the eleetore or •aid ter-
r1to:r1 to wit:
That it ie proposed to annex to, incorporate
in and make a part of the City of Palo Alto the ter-
ritoey aought. to be annexed herein d.eacribed, togeth-
er with the proposition aa proposed by the petition
of electors or eaid territory on file that aaid ne-1r
ter.ritory shall be annexed to, incorporated in and
made a part of aaid Municipal Corpora~ion, and the
property therein be, after auch annexation, subject to
taxation eq1J&~.ly with the property •ithin aaid Muni-
cipal Corporation ~o pay the specified portion of the
bonded indebt~dneaa of the said City outstanding at
tne date of filing or said petition.
That this Council finds that said election
waa duly called and held on September )O, 1920, in
