proTiaiono of Ordinance #130, thia Council doee here•
by find that it ia adviaable and neoeaeary to declare
that a vacancy exieta in the term of' o:f'1'ioe or all
appointed member• or the City Planning Commiaeion,
and that under Ordinance 1206 of the City ot Palo
Alto it become• and is necessary to appoint five
new members of said City Planning Commiaeion:
How, Therefore, It Ia Detennined and De-
clared that the term of office of the five appointed
members now holding office ae City Planning Commia-
1ioner1 under the proviaione of Ordinance #130 hae
expired, and that under the provisions of Ordinance
#206. the Mayor of aaid City i• hereby authorized
to appoint fiTe new membera of the City Planning
Commission, which new members so appointed 1hall im-
mediately organize and claaaify therneelTea by lot
aa to the term of office each aht.ll hold, in accord-
ance with Ordinance f2o6, and upon aaid organization
of the new City Planning Co.mia•ion, the term of of•
fice and the duties of the member• of the present
