WHlUut:AS, on t.he 15'th day of February, 1919, the
Council of the City of Palo Alto, County of Banta Clara,
State of California, by ordinance duly paesed a.~d publiah-
od, did call an election to be hel' in aaid City on the 5th
day ot lCaroh, 1919, for the purpoee of aubmitting to the
qualified voters or eaid City a proposition to incur a bond-
ed indebtedness or said City, to wit:

nexe~ to the City of Palo Alto on December 17, 1917, tor

1ndebtedneso and the iaouanoe of bonds therefor upon any
proposition aubmitted at any apecial election, called and
held for that purpose, there must be given and caat for
