Avenue at the City of' Palo Alto. County of Sants. Clar.a, State of
Ca1U'orn1a, that it ie the intention of the City of Palo .Al to,
and said City ie now ready to proceed to do the noo••eary work
aa ordered by the Railroad Commiaeion in !te order eo made, and
in accordanoe witb the plane &1111 epecU'iaatione of th6 Southern
Paoific Company tor ea1d Subw~ and tne appruachea thereto~ an~
that said City will commence and complete said work as eoon as
the Southtrn Pacific Company commences and proaeed.e with the
work o! the conetruotion of eaid Subwsy, ae order•d by eaid ~ail
road Com.miesion, and the wo:rk to be done by ·the Citj· of Palo .Uto
in grading .i.nd paving the approach to the Subway to the northeast-
erly line of the Southern ?acif ic Right-of-Way as an e.xt~n~ion of
Palo .Alto Avenue is hereby ordered.
The above resolution waa duly passed by the Council of
the City of.Palo Alto at ite regular meeting held on the 25th day
