ORDERING MODIFICATION OF PROCEEDINGS
LOMA VERDE ANNEX SEWERS
PROJECT NO. 47-5
RESOLVED, by th<~ GouncU of the City of Palo Alto,
Call forn1a, that
WHEREAS,. pursuant to Resolution No. 1628 of this Counctl
ordering same, notice haa been duly given of the intention of
this Gounc11 to modify the proceedings under Resolution of Inten-
tion No. 1620 of tht3 Council tn the tlme and form provided by
law, and thl8 is the time and place eet for hearing thereof; and
WHEREAS, one person 1nterestt'?'d appeared or filed written pro-
tests agalnat said proceedings or a. part thereof, and all persons
1nterested dee1r1ng to be heard wer~ given an opportunity to be
heard and all matters a.nd things pertaining to said changes and
n:od1f:1.cat1ons were fully heard and considered by this Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, that the following changes and
mod1f:tcat1ons ln the proceed.inga under Resolution of Intention No.
1620 be made and had, as more particularly described as follows:

By amending the plans and f•rof1les to eliminate the proposed
Loma Verde Avenue from Louis Road to the 50 foot Reserve
Pablo Road and Bayshore Highway_. and along said 50 foot
from Loma Verde Averiue to Colorado Avenue;

2. By rev1eing the plans and profUes to provide for the con-
struction of a 15 inch pipe sewer ln Louis Road from Loma Verde
AvenuP. to Colorado Avenue and in Colorado Avenue from Louis Road to
the 50 foot Reserve between Pablo Avenue and Bayshore Highway in the ~ 1·
place of the propoBed 8 inch pipe aewer; ·
3. By amending the diagram and assessment to add thP.reto Lot
116, C. M. Wooster Subdivision of the Clarke Ranch, and by deleting
therefrom Lots 127, 130, 131, 134, 144, 145, 146 and 147, and the
lands bounded southwest by the above 50 foot Reserve, northeast by
the Bayshore Highway, northw~st by the Matadero Creek, and southeast
by t:1e assesament d1strlct bolmdary approximately 200 feet southeast
of Loma Verde Avenue;
4. By revising the estimate of costs to show saict deletions,
additlons and revlslons;
5. By revlsing the assessment to apportion the rev13ed coats of
3aid project among the several parcels of land as shown on said re-
vised diagram according to benefits.
6. That said changes and modifications be ma.de by the c1·ty
Engineer upon the face of the plans, spec1ficat1ons, est1~ate of
cost, diagram and assessment on file with the C~. ty Clerk, or by
filing amended copies thereof or amendments thereto.
7. That reference be / and 1 t is hereby .• made to the amended
plans, profiles, spec1 r1cat1ona, est1.mate of cost / diagram and
assessment on file 1n the office of the City Clerk of said City.
