RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Palo Alto,
C.a.lifornia., that the following be, and tl'ley are hrereby, pre-
l!m1na.r1.ly approved and ordered rt led in the '">ffiC;e 01.' the
C:!.ty Clerk or said C1t~·, and to be referred to ~.n the Resolu-
tion of Inte~t1on, for the improvements on portions ot Cowper
Street, Middlefield Road, Rosa Road, Louis Road, Loma Verde
Avenue, Colorado Avenue, and Pablo Road, in said C'ity .• to-wit:
1. Plans and epecifieatione for the ~onetruct1on of
1mprovement3 under said resolution of intention;
2. Eng1neer'ts estimate of the itemized a.!'lct total es-
timated costs and ~xpenses for the conatruction or improvements
and. .aoqu1a1 tions necessary therefor under !Soil.id resolution of
intention;
3. Map of the asaessment district designated ~Project
No. 47-5 fer Loma Verde Annex Sewers''; and
4. Assessment and diagram for the costs and expens~s
for the construction of improvements and acquls1t1ona necessary
ther~for under said resolution of intention.

Alto, Cal1:torn1a., at a. regular meeting thereof held on the
13th day of October, 1947, by the following vote of the mem-
bers thereof;
