ADOPTING BUDGET ANL APPROVING MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT
FOR EXPENDITURE OP GAS TA.l ALLOCATION FOR MAJOR CITY STREETS.
WHEREAS, a memorandum or agreement has been presented

WHERF..AS, the C:ity Council has heard read said agree-
ment 1n full and is familiar with the contents thereof;
THEREFORE,, be it reeolved by the City Council of the
CJty of Palo Alto that said project statement be and lt 1s
hereby adopt.ed as the bud.get of proposed expendi turen of the gas
tax allocat1on to cities, and said agreement be and the same
ta hereby approved and the mayor and the city clerk are
directed to sign the same on behalf or said City, said agr~~
m~nt to be binding upon the Ci t:ir upon .t ts execution by the
authorized officials or the State.
ADOPTED tM.a 13th day of October, 1947.
