MILL ROAD CROSSING.
The Council or the City of Palo Alto DO RESOLVE ae follows:
That the Mayor and City Clerk be and they are hereby
authorized to execute on behalf ot the City or Pa.lo Alto that
certain agreement by and between th$ Southern Pac.1f1c Company
and the City of Palo Alto relative to the 1nstallat1on and
ma.1nt~nance of' two flashing light s1gnm.ls wJth automatic gate
arms at the Page Mill. Roa.ct crossing in the City of Palo Alto.
The above and foregoing resolution wa~ duly and regu-
larly introduced and passed at a regular meeting of the Council
of the City or Palo Alto held on Monday~ the 13th day o:f October,
1947, by the following vote:
