Smith, Civil Engineer, be and the same is hereby approved and accepted by this Council. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Village Circle and Bonnie Way, and the portion of Amarillo Avenue not heretofore dedicated, as shown on aald map, be a.nd they are hereby accepted as public streets of the City of Palo !lto. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the dedication of easements for ut111tiee as shown on said map for the use of public ut111t1es be and they are hereby accepted as dedicated. The above and foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and passed by the Council of the City.of Palo Alto at a special meeting held on Friday~ the 3rd day of October, 1947, by the following vote: AYES: NOES: ABSENT: Bentl"ott, Blois, Bolander, :Sowden, Cashel, Freedman, Gaspar, Linder•, Mitchell, Montrou1l, Morten, Thoits, Thomas, Wickett.
