RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
APPROVING THIRD SUPPLEMENTAL MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT
FOR EXPENDITURE OF l/4 CENT GAS TAX ALLOCATED FOR STATE
HIGHWAYS
WHEREAS. the State of California, through its
Department of Public Works, Division of Highways, has presented
a third supplemental memorandum ot agreement in accordance with
a project statement aubm1tted by the City for expenditu~e of
the l/4 cent gas tax for the 1945-~7 biennium allocated for
State h1ghway8 in the City of Palo Alto; and
WHEREAS, the Clty Council has heard read said agree-
ment in full and 1a !"a.m111ar w1 th the contents thereof;
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of th~
City of Palo Alto that said agreement for expenditure or the
1/4 cent gas tax allocated for State hig.hways be and the same
13 hereby approved and the Mayor and the c11;y Clerk are directed
to s1gn the aam~ on behalf of said City.
ADOPTED this 8th day of September, 1947.
