RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Palo Alto,
Cal1forn1a, that the Clty Clerk of said G1ty be, and she 1s
hereby directed to ca.ll for bids for the sale at public auction
of improvement bonds to be 1esued pursuant to Resolution of
Intention No. 1516 adopted by th:ts Council on June 10, 1946, ea1d
bids to be received by ~aid Clerk at or before 8:00 o'clock P. M.
on Monday, October 13, 1947, and to be publicly opened, examined
and declared at ea1d time, in the Council Chambers in the City Ha.11
of said City of Palo Alto, County of Santa Clara, State or

Said notice 5hall be given by publication twice 1n the
Palo Alto Times at least five days before said date.

resolution adopted by the City Council of the City of Palo Alto,
California, at a regular meeting thereof held on the 8th day of
