CALLING FOR BIDS ON SALE OF IMPROVEMENT BONDS
MEl.VILLE AVENUE. ET AL

RESOLVED, by the Ctty Council of the City of Palo Alto,
California, that the City Clerk of said City be, and ahe is
hereby, directed to call for bids for the 3ale at publ:1.c auction
of improvement bonds to be 1saued pursuant to Resolution of
Int~ntion No. 1511 adopted by this Council on June 10, 1946, sa1d
bid.a to be :r•eceiv~d by said Clerk at or before 8:00 o'clock P.M.
on Monday, October 13, 1947, and to be publicly opened, examined
and declared at sald time, in the Council Ci,ambers in the C1 ty
Hall of aa1d City of Palo Alto, County of Santa Clara, State of
California.
Said notice shall be given by publication twice in the
P&lo Alto Times at least five days before said date.

resolution adopted by the City Council of the City of Palo Alto,
California, at a regular meeting thereof held on tte 8th day of
September, 1947, by the following vote of the members thereof:
