The Council or the City of Palo Alto DO RBSOLVB aa follows:
That that certain subd1v1a1on map ot Tract No. 425,
commonly known and designated aa Bryaon Park, dated May, 1947,
and prepared by Thomas & Whipple, Civil Eng1neera, be and the
same 1a hereby approved and accepted by this Council.
BE IT FURTHER RE~OLVED that Bryson Avenue,, and the
portion or Middlefield Road not heretofore dedicated, as
shown on said map, be and they are hereby accepted as public
streets of the C1ty or Palo Alto.
BE IT FUR1'HER RESOLVED, that the dedication ot
easements ror public utilities as shown on said map tor the
use or public ut111t1es be and they are hereby accepted as dedicated.
The above and foregoing resolution was duly and
regu.larly 1ntroduced and passed by the Council or the City
of Palo Alto at an adjourned regular .meeting held on Friday,
the 27th day of June, 1947, by the following vote:
