WHEREAS, the United States Poat Office property,
being publicly owned and 1n use aa a public function, shall
be omitted from the aaaeasment here1natter to be aade to
cover the coats and expenses or the work proposed to ba done
under Resolution of Prel1Jll1nary Determination Ho. 1574
adopted by this Council at a regular meeting thereot duly
held on April 14, 1947, and that the proceedings to be had
pursuant thereto be amended accordingly.
