RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE QUI~ CLAIM DIED
The Council of the City or Palo Alto DO RESOLVE ae follows:
That the Mayol' and City Clerk or the City of Palo Alto
be and they are hereby authorized to execute a quit claim O• ..
on behalf' of the City or Palo Alto to VERONICA OLOFSON, ooverlng
the ro11ov1ng d~scribed property, to w1t:
PORTION. OF CAMBRIDGE AVENUE (now abando.oet.1} in
Block 36, aa shown upon that certain Map entitled
•college Terrace, Santa Clara County, Cal1t.•,
which map was filed ror recorc 1n the office or
the Recorder or the Count1 of Santa Clara, State
of California on October 8, 1891 1n Book B or Maps
at page 121, a~ more part1oularly described as follOV8:
BEGINNING at tha point ot intersection of the
Northeasterly line or Cornell Street, formerly
Washington Street with the Northwesterly line or
Cambridge Avenue now abandoned as said Streets and
Avenue .are shown upon the Ms.p above referred to;
running thence Northeasterly along the said North-
vesterly line of Cambridge Avenue, 125.00 feet to
the Eastermost corner of Lot 15, in Block 36, as
said Lotg and Block are ehown upon the Map above
referre~ to; running thence Southeasterly along
the prolongation 8outhea$t~rly or the Northeasterly

intersection thereof w1th the center line or said

introduced and passed by the Council of the City or Palo Alto at
a regular meeting helcl on Monday, the 14th day of April .1947.,

Linder, Merner, Mitchell, Morten, Richards, Thoits.
NOES: None.
