RELATIVE TO IMPROVEMJ.mT PLANS NO. 46-6
The Council of the City of Palo Alto DO RESOLVE ae follovs:
That the plans and spec1f1cat1one, including minimum
vage scale'-tor the work and improvement u.cder Improvement
Plans No. ~6-6 entitled •Louis Road, et al~, are hereby
approved.
That the Boa~ of Public Works is hereby directed
to advertise for &ncl receive bids ~n the work and improvement
covered by Improvement Plans No. 46-6 entitled •Louis Road et al•.
The call for bide shall :provide that said bids may
be delivered to the City Clerk on or before April 7, 1947,
at the hour of 3:00 P.Mw, at which time said Board shall
open said bids 1n public meeting, thereafter tabulate the
same a~ present them to the City Council at 1te regular
meeting on April 14, 194"(.
The above anei foregoing resolution was duly a.r.id
regularly introduced and passed at a regular meeting of the
Council of the City of Palo Alto held on Monda7, the 10th
day of March, 1947, by the rollow1ng vote:
Bentrott, Blois, Bolander, Bovden, CAshel, Cornish,
AYES: Free~man, Linder, Merner, Mitchell, Morten, Richards,
'Iho1 ts, Thomas.
NOES: None.
ABSENT : Beene.
