That the public interest &~ convenience require, and said City C~uno1l does hereby order the improvements to be made as ~escr1bed 1n anj 1n accordance with said Resolution of Inten- tion, as m~if1ed, on file in the office or the City Clerk of said C1t1, reference to which is hereby ma~e for a more particular description or said improvements arXJ also tor fUl'ther particulars, PUr8uant to the provisions of Article V Of said Improvement Pro-cedure Code, as e.mende~. 4. That the a~sesement and diagram for the cost and e~ penses for street 1mprovemente under said resolution or inten- tion, as m0d1f1~d by said City Council be, anci the same is hereby, ratified, approved, and con.firmed as the aseeeement and diagram to pay the costs and expenses or said improvement. 5. That the City Clerk of said City shall deliver said Jiagram and assessment to the Superintendent of Streets or sald City, together with a c~rtif1ed copy or this :resolution thereto· attached, and said Superintendent or Stre~ts shall thereupon record such aesessment a~ diagram 1n his office in a r,·_:1 table book to be kept for that purpose am appeDd thereto his· cerrt1f1- cate or the date of such recording, aIXt such record shall be the e.sseeement roll to pay for the costs am e~penses of said project. 6.
