PROJECT NO. 46-2A RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City or Palo Alto, California, tho. t WHEREAS, said City Council did on the 10th day of June, • 1946, pe.as its Resolution of Intention No. 1511 to make the public improvement therein more particularly de8er1bed, and did herein f1::x the time and place 'When and vhere aa1d Council would hear any and all personB interested therein; a~ WHEREAS, said Council did on the 24th day of ?ebruary, 1947, adopt its Reeoiution No. 1561 to modify said proceedings, a:rXI eaid City duly gave notice or the time and place or said hearing, in the time, form ana manner provided by la~; and W'HERFJ\S, this is the time and place f1~ed 1n said Resolution vhen am vhere 2aid Council vill hear said protests a.~ objection.; am WHEREAS, vr1tten a~ oral protest~ and objections against the proposed changes and mO<:J1f1ce.t1ons have been :f1leij or presented at or before the time set for said hearing by persons interested or who are ovners of property which 1e subject to assessment in said proceedings; nnd &..1 Q .... ~ -c 'WHEREAS, said City Council has duly heard and considere~ each : j am all of ea.id prot sts am objections a.nd each aIX'J all persoruJ ; desiring to be heard in connection with said matter was a~ were - given an opportunity to arx'I did present the1r said protests and object1ona, and said matters Vere fully presented, heard ana considered by eai~ Council; and WHEREAS, it appears and said Council ao finds that sa~d protests so filed were not filed by the owners of more than one-half of the area of the property to be aaseneed for said improvement.
